What happened????

I cannot believe this, I don't normally read peoples profiles, I don't have that much time on my hands, but I happen to read Lisa B's profile this morning.  What in the heck?  I am so sorry to see that you are choosing to leave here.  I loved to see you post and I cannot believe that you would allow someone to "win".  First of all, what in the heck happened?  If someone has a personal thing with you, good grief, they need to grow up.  This is a support group for people who have WLS.  This is NOT a place that any one person owns or runs, except for OH!!!  I am shocked, and frankly, really upset.  You are a good person, a good friend, and I am sorry that so many will miss out on someone who is a true blue friend.

Oh, there are personal things going on ALL over this place.  And so many for NO reason whatsoever! 

People have said things about me (too scared to say it TO me), but I am not going anywhere.  People have used the PM's to send rude and completely unwarranted messages to people.  And you can read MY profile to see an entry on just one of those PM's!  lol

I dont know what happened, if anything specifically, to Lisa...

I dont think Lisa will go far....I know that I will personally be calling her out, from time to time.    She's a great gal!

I have no clue what's going.  I'm more than happy to remain clueless.

I do wish one of the mottos in the 12-step programs could be used here though "Principles above Personalities".  We're here to be an incredible support for each other with the WLS  in common.  Some personalities will mesh, some won't.  If you don't mesh with someone move forward and  then bond with people you do mesh with. 

I hate to see anyone leave here because everyone has something to give.

LISA YOU CAN'T LEAVE THE BOARD SWEETIE. YOUR A VERY BIG HELP AND LOTS OF SUPPORT AND ENCOURAGEMENT FOR SO MANY OF US.  

I WENT TO YOUR PROFILE AND READ YOUR MESSAGE.  I REALLY DON'T THINK YOU SHOULD LEAVE BECAUSE ONE PERSON IS CAUSING YOU PROBLEMS.  IT'S JUST NOT FAIR TO YOU OR MANY OF US OUT HERE THAT LOOK FORWARD TO YOUR SUPPORT.

PEOPLE WILL BE PEOPLE AND IF THERE IS A CERTAIN PERSON THAT DOESN'T LIKE HOW YOU ANSWER A QUESTION THEN THAT IS THEIR PROBLEM NOT YOURS AND CERTAINLY SHOULDN'T BE OUR LOSS.

IT TRUELY IS UP TO YOU WEATHER OR NOT YOU GO BUT I PERSONALLY THINK YOU SHOULD RE-THINK YOUR LEAVING AND STAY. IT WHAT EVER IS GOING ON AND WITH WHOM CONTINUES TO HAPPEN THEIR ARE PEOPLE WITH "OH" THAT CAN HELP YOU STRAIGHTEN THINGS OUT.

IF YOU ARE SURE AND THERE IS NO CHANGING YOUR MIND ABOUT LEAVING IT'S A SHAME !  THERE WILL BE  SO MANY PEOPLE ,NEWBIES, PEOPLE THAT HAVE YET COME TO THIS SITE AND EVEN PEOPLE THAT ARE FARTHER OUT THEN YOU THAT WILL BE DEPRIVED OF YOUR , SUPPORT, ENCOURAGEMENT, SUGGESTIONS, PERSONALITY AND ALL AROUND FRIENDSHIP.

I REALLY THOUGHT ALL THE PETTY CRAP AND SUCH HAD LEFT THE BOARD,. I LEFT ONCE BECAUSE OF CONSTENT NONSENSE MYSELF. AFTER A YEAR I CAME BACK AND THINGS SEEMED TO BE OK.

I'M SO SORRY TO HEAR THAT SOME ONE IS GIVING YOU A HARD TIME.  I CAN'T EVEN IMAGINE WHAT YOU DID TO PROVOKE SOME ONE TO UPSET YOU SO MUCH THAT YOU ARE LEAVING US. 

I KNOW I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE THAT WILL MISS YOU DEARLY MY FRIEND.

Ihave to say ditto to what Jodi posted.  I don't want you to go but respect whatever  you choose to do or feel you must do.....if I knew who was giving you a hard time I would kick them in the arse - just for you.

I haven't ever met you in person (YET) but know that I would love you to death....

Dear Lisa,
    I cant even imagine what happened to make you feel this way, but I am soooo sorry that you are feeling like this.  The sad thing is that all of us who love you are going to really miss you, and all the true newbies who joined for reasons like yourself are going to miss out on all the knowledge that you bring to the table.  I sent you a message and respect your decision either way.

Crap girl...I was gonna tell ya all bout it...now I see you posted it...LOL!!!! I didn't mean to keep ya in the dark...but I allready talked to you today and now you are updated.

So...I got some really good advice from some great people on her...and I have decided even though I am pissed...I am so not gonna let this person run any more people off these boards!

Here's my new Motto..."This board is for SUPPORT...not power!"
